My wife and I contracted Claudia De La O and her amazing team for the design and built of our high-end basement renovation. It included completely moving the mechanical units (HVAC, Hot Water System etc.) significant demolition, new framing, structural work, cutting concrete for plumbing, electrical work (rough and final), one new powder room, one new full bathroom with an upscale walk-in shower and a bidet, a 500 bottle custom built wine cellar, a custom built bar and new social/game room/theater area.
Claudia has an amazing eye for detail and worked tirelessly to bring us a multitude of options to choose from as we were working on finishes. However, the most important and impressive thing is we really needed a tight turn around so that we could use the space for the Holiday season and were pushing for a 8 week start to finish deadline. They worked many long hours and most weeks 7 days a week to deliver in just over 7 weeks. We were the envy of our neighborhood considering our neighbors had gone with a competing contractor to have a basement renovation done and they are now on 20 weeks and not complete.
I would and we will not hesitate to work with D&D Total construction again.
